A small line inside the ring can hold the whole climb.
For dates, coordinates, initials, and the private words that do not need to sit on the outside.
Engraving should feel personal, not decorative.
SHANLUME keeps engraving quiet because the mountain relief already carries the public part of the story. The inner band is for the part only the wearer needs to know.
Works best when the place matters more than the words. Use one clean coordinate line.
Good for a summit day, proposal, anniversary, recovery milestone, or the day a trip became a story.
For couples, each ring can carry half of the sentence, two dates, or opposite coordinates.
Rings that carry engraving naturally.
A few things people usually ask before they order.
Fit, engraving, timing, and whether the ring is for a place, a person, or both.
Can I add engraving to the six ready-to-order rings?
Yes. Each ready-to-order SHANLUME ring can include optional inner engraving during checkout.
How many characters should I use?
Keep it short. Dates, initials, coordinates, and brief phrases are easier to read and age better inside the band.
Does engraving slow the order down?
Engraving is checked before hand finishing. Most handmade orders still arrive about 12-18 days after confirmation.
Can I change the engraving after ordering?
Email us quickly at contact@shanlume.com. Once hand finishing begins, changes may not be possible.
Engraving, before the ring is finished
The safest engraving is chosen before hand finishing begins. Keep it short, private, and tied to a real place or date.
