Product images, handcrafted finishes, relief depth, color tone, and engraving placement may vary slightly due to material, lighting, screen settings, and hand finishing.

By placing an order, you confirm that the order details, shipping address, size range, and engraving text are accurate.

Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, duties, and customs charges may be added or charged separately depending on destination.

SHANLUME currently offers complimentary shipping for available ring orders. Delivery is expected within approximately 12-18 days after order confirmation unless a bespoke timeline is confirmed separately.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Orders may be reviewed, declined, or canceled for fraud prevention, payment failure, stock, or address issues.

Cancellation requests should be sent promptly. Once hand finishing, engraving, or bespoke production begins, cancellation may be limited because the item is being made for that order.

Personal commissions require review and may have separate timelines, approvals, and limits. We may decline references that cannot be made safely, respectfully, or legally.

Site content, product names, visuals, copy, and SHANLUME designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
