Coverage
We offer a one-year limited craftsmanship warranty from delivery for defects in material or workmanship under normal wear.
Not covered
Normal scratches, oxidation, patina change, accidental damage, loss, theft, improper adjustment, repeated bending, exposure to harsh chemicals, or third-party repair.
Engraving
If we make an engraving mistake, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
How to claim
Email contact@shanlume.com with your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue.
Resolution
Depending on the issue, we may repair, replace, refinish, or offer another reasonable remedy after inspection.
