Shipping is free on current SHANLUME ring orders. Because each ring is hand finished after the order is confirmed, most ready-to-order pieces arrive in about 12-18 days. A bespoke commission gets its own timing before work begins.

Handmade timeline
Because each ring is hand finished and may include personal engraving, preparation takes longer than mass-produced jewelry.

Address changes
Email us as soon as possible if the shipping address is wrong. Once a parcel has shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

A tracking email is sent after shipment when tracking information becomes available.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local taxes required by their country.
